Email [email protected] with the app name, your phone or computer model, and what happened. We usually reply within two business days.

Purchases

"Remove ads" is a one-time purchase made through the App Store or Google Play. On a new phone, open the app's settings and tap Restore purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Deleting your data

Forkroll and Scan Cabinet keep your data on your device. Uninstalling removes it. For a Forkroll family shared between phones, any member can delete the family from the Family tab.
